Chancellor Copenhaver
Chancellor Copenhaver, 33, died on December 4, 2024, while he was held at Hutchinson Correctional Facility in Hutchinson, Kansas. The Kansas Department of Corrections said staff found him unresponsive in his cell on the morning of Wednesday, December 4. The cause of death has not been determined, and an independent autopsy is pending. The Kansas Department of Corrections and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation are investigating his death.
