Chad Totten
Chad Totten died on November 26, 2018, while held at the Western Regional Jail in Cabell County, West Virginia. The state Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety said, through spokesman Lawrence Messina, that he was found unresponsive in his cell early that Monday morning. Medical assistance was given before he was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His body was sent to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
