Chad Reed
Chad Reed, 43, was held at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City when he died on March 6, 2025. Around 1:25 a.m. that morning, he was found unresponsive at the facility, according to a news release from authorities. He was taken to a hospital in the area, where he was pronounced dead. The FBI was notified of his death.
