Chad Moore, 27, died on November 14, 2023, at the Farmington Correctional Center, a Missouri state prison, where he had been held since December 2021. The Missouri Department of Corrections said an autopsy would be conducted to determine the cause of his death. The department has not yet given a cause or manner of death.
