Cecil Williams

Cecil Williams died at Hays State Prison in Summerville, Georgia, in the early hours of January 13, 2018. Correctional officers found him unresponsive in his cell, and a facility physician pronounced him dead at 1:28 a.m. The Georgia Department of Corrections said the death appears to be a suicide and is investigating it.
