Cecil Buckner
Cecil Buckner, 46, died on May 25, 2026, at the United States Penitentiary Hazelton in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, where the Bureau of Prisons said he had been held since March 18. Officers found him unresponsive in his cell area on Monday evening. No cause of death has been given, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation was notified of the death.
