Cassandra Ramirez, 48, died in July 2022 while held in a jail in Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado. KOAA News 5 reported that she was found unresponsive in her cell on the Sunday night of the July 4 holiday weekend. The El Paso County Coroner's Office has identified her death. Her cause and manner of death have not been announced.
