Carolyn Liberto
Carolyn Liberto, 70, died on July 21, 2017 at Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women in Troy, Virginia, according to the Virginia Department of Corrections. Officials said she was from Portsmouth. The state said the medical examiner would determine the cause and manner of death, which remained pending in the reports. The facility had earlier settled a class action lawsuit in which prisoners alleged inadequate health care.
