Carlton Madden
Carlton Madden, 41, lived in Steelton. On June 2, 2019, a corrections officer found him unconscious in his cell during an evening security check at Camp Hill prison in Cumberland County, and he was pronounced dead that evening. According to the York Daily Record, he was found hanging from a bed sheet, and his death was ruled a suicide. The Pennsylvania State Police opened an investigation into his death.
