Carlos Carrillo, 48, died on February 12, 2018, at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Eyman in Florence, Arizona, where he was being held. Arizona Department of Corrections officials said he was found unconscious in his cell with a bed sheet tied around his neck. The department says the death appears to be a suicide.
