Carlos DeLeon

Carlos DeLeon had been approved for early release and was hoping to enter a halfway house. The Washington Post reported in May 2020 that Carlos died of covid-19 while still held at a prison, before the release could take place. Carlos was still in prison when the illness led to death, and the release that had been approved never happened.
