Carlos Carrillo, 48, died on February 12, 2018, while held at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Eyman in Florence, Arizona. Arizona Department of Corrections officials said he was found unconscious in his cell with a bed sheet tied around his neck. They said the death appears to be a suicide.
