Carl Wilkins
Carl Wilkins, 33, was held at Wallens Ridge State Prison in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. On Sunday, December 11, 2022, he was attacked by another prisoner, according to the Virginia Department of Corrections, and was found unresponsive. He was taken to Lonesome Pine Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
