Brody Rutherford
Brody Rutherford was hanged on May 20, 1896, on a scaffold half a mile east of Bronham, Texas, together with his father, John Rutherford, and Joe Goodson. The Griggs Courier reported that all three men's necks were broken in the hanging. The paper also reported that the men protested their innocence until the end.
