Brock Tucker, 19, died in his cell at the Central Utah Correctional Facility in Gunnison, Utah, in October 2014, two months before a scheduled parole board appearance. His family describes him as having a diminished IQ and a life marked by abuse, and a note found in his cell asked that love be sent to his family.
