Brian Rigsby
Brian Rigsby, 46, died on October 4, 2023, in the infirmary at Staton Correctional Facility. In August 2023, other men held at Bullock Correctional Facility beat him, leaving him with stab wounds, fractured ribs, a facial fracture and skull fractures. His mother, Pamela Moser, told Appleseed that he had end-stage liver failure in the days before he died. She said the way his end of life was handled was not humane, kind, or caring.
