Brian Kountz
Brian Kountz, 24, of Casper, Wyoming, and Robert Howard Ferguson, 49, of Las Vegas, were pronounced dead at U.S. Penitentiary Victorville in California at 7:56 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2014. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department identified the two men and said authorities suspected foul play. The FBI investigated and processed the scene, and the Bureau of Prisons confined everyone at the facility to their cells.
