Brian Debbs
Brian Debbs was held at the Sacramento County Main Jail when he was injured in a fight with another person held there on July 8, 2019. He was taken to Sutter General Hospital with life-threatening injuries and died there on August 3, 2019. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said his death followed the fight and classified it as a homicide. The sheriff's office's account of the circumstances is the only one reported.
