Brandon Labiner
Brandon Labiner, 35, was a former personal injury attorney from Boca Raton. According to an arrest affidavit, his sister said he had been under a lot of stress after recently losing his unborn child shortly before birth. He was held pretrial at the Palm Beach County jail, where he was found dead in his cell on November 15, 2023. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said he died by apparent suicide by hanging, and his lawyer confirmed the death.
