Bob Bashara
Bob Bashara, a 62-year-old man from Grosse Pointe Park, died on August 17, 2020, while in the custody of the Michigan Department of Corrections at the Woodland Center Correctional Facility in Whitmore Lake. Some reports say he died at a hospital in Ann Arbor instead. A relative told the Detroit News that he had liver problems and had recently been on dialysis. The cause of death has not been publicly confirmed.
