Billy Ray Jones
Billy Ray Jones, 30, died at the East Arkansas Regional Unit in Lee County, Arkansas, on January 5, 2021. The Arkansas Department of Correction said he was found hanging in his single-person cell and that staff could not find a pulse; he was pronounced dead at 3:31 a.m. The department said his death was an apparent suicide.
