Billy Joe Rogers
Billy Joe Rogers, 39, was held at the Bradley County Jail in Cleveland, Tennessee, when he was involved in a fight with another person held there on April 28, 2016. He was found unresponsive by jailers, and the sheriff's office said he died at Erlanger hospital three days later, on May 1, 2016.
