Billy A. Wilson, 82, died in April 2026 while being held at the Miami Correctional Facility near Kokomo, Indiana. Indiana State Police opened an investigation on April 17 at the facility's request, with help from the Miami County Coroner's office. An autopsy is to be done to determine the cause of death, and the investigation is ongoing. His death was the third reported at the facility that month.
