Benjamin David Ivey
Benjamin David Ivey, 47, died on October 20, 2010, at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise after being admitted from the Idaho State Correctional Institution, where he was held. Officials quoted in the Idaho Press said an illness was involved in his death.
