Austin Knowles
Austin Cole Knowles, 25, was from Huntsville, and he had turned 25 that month. He died on September 29, 2022, while held at William E. Donaldson Correctional Facility in Bessemer, Alabama. The Alabama Department of Corrections said he was taken to the infirmary there for medical attention. The department said his cause of death is pending a full autopsy, and Incarceration Transparency lists the manner of death as an overdose.
