Ashford Tyrrell Eldridge
Ashford Tyrrell Eldridge, 35, of the Wichita Falls area, died on June 2, 2025, after being injured in a fight involving several prisoners at the United States Penitentiary Beaumont in Beaumont, Texas. The Federal Bureau of Prisons said he was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, and that two other men were taken to hospital while a third was treated for minor injuries. The agency said the FBI had been notified.
