Asa Hashanna Adams
Asa Hashanna Adams, 36, died on May 4, 2024, at the Topeka Correctional Facility in Topeka, Kansas, where she was held. The Kansas Department of Corrections said staff found her in her living unit that Saturday morning. The department said the cause of death is pending an independent autopsy. The Kansas Department of Corrections and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation are investigating her death.
