Arvin Garrett, 77, was held at South Central Correctional Center in Licking, Missouri, and was pronounced dead at the facility's medical unit early on the morning of December 22, 2025. Ozark Radio News reported that an autopsy would be conducted. No cause of death had been announced when the report was published.
