Arthur Valley
Arthur 'Frank' Valley was 37. His mother, Regina Kastner, said he called her almost every day and that she still does not know what happened to him. He died on June 28, 2024, at FCI Jesup, the federal prison in Jesup, Georgia; prison officials said corrections officers found him unresponsive in his cell shortly after midnight, and emergency personnel took him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Wayne County Coroner's Office listed the cause of death as blunt force trauma, and the manner of death is still pending, with the FBI also investigating.
