Arthur Nelson, 59, died on January 7, 2025, while held at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington. The Wyoming Department of Corrections said an autopsy would be conducted to determine the cause of death. The department also said it does not release protected health information. The cause and manner of his death have not been reported.
