Arthur Francis Gilmore
Arthur Francis Gilmore, 84, died on June 23, 2019, at AdventHealth in Sebring after a fall at the Polk County Jail in Frostproof, Florida. The Polk County Sheriff's Office said he fell near the top of a set of stairs and hit his head, and that he was responsive while being treated before becoming unresponsive late on Saturday. A witness told investigators he appeared to miss a step, and detectives are investigating the death.
