Arnold Ruebke Jr., 54, of Kingman, Kansas, died on March 23, 2021, while held at a prison in Oklahoma. He had been housed there under an agreement between the Kansas and Oklahoma prison systems since around 1985. The Oklahoma Attorney General's Office confirmed his death. No cause of death was reported.
