Arnold Mulholland
Arnold Mulholland, 50, was held at State Correctional Institution-Mahanoy in Frackville, Pennsylvania. The Department of Corrections said he was found unresponsive in his cell on the morning of Friday, June 8, 2018, and was pronounced dead about an hour later.
