April Michelle Beach
April Michelle Beach, 36, of Rocky Top, was booked into the Anderson County Detention Facility in Clinton, Tennessee, in early July 2018. On the morning of July 4 she became ill, and paramedics took her to an emergency room, where she was pronounced dead. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation was called in, as state law requires when a person dies in custody. Oak Ridge Today reported that the circumstances do not appear suspicious.
