Antwan Carter
Antwan Carter, 25, of Utica, died on February 13, 2024, while held at the Oneida County Correctional Facility in Oriskany, New York. The Oneida County Sheriff's Office said a corrections officer found him unresponsive. The Sheriff's Office, the state Commission of Correction and the state Attorney General's Office are investigating, and the cause and manner of death are pending the autopsy.
