Antonio Turner
Antonio Turner, 27, was held at Phillips State Prison near Buford, Georgia, when he died on January 4, 2015. His mother, Katherene Stephens, spoke with him earlier that day and said he did not mention any problems at the prison. The Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office says he was found face down in his cell with four stab wounds and that another person is expected to be indicted in his death. The Georgia Department of Corrections lists the death as a homicide.
