Antonio Rafeal Hernandez
Antonio Rafeal Hernandez, 51, died at a hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, after he was taken there from Jacksonville Sheriff's Office custody on January 26 because of an ongoing medical concern. He was placed on life support, and his family took part in the end-of-life decisions made before he died.
