Antonio Gallashaw, who one news report gave as 23 years old, died on July 28, 2015, while held in Florida state custody. The news report placed his death at Baker Correctional Institution in Baker County, while the Florida Department of Corrections, which recorded the death, named the Reception and Medical Center Main Unit, a state prison. The Department of Corrections recorded the manner of death as an accident. The news report gave no cause of death, and the two accounts differ on the location.
