Antonio Bagncttc In cardana was held at the parish prison in New Orleans on March 14, 1891, when a mob broke open the prison and took six men out. Antonio was one of the six who were killed, some by shooting and others by hanging, according to The Ohio Democrat, which reported the killings on March 21, 1891. The newspaper account says the mob acted after a jury verdict.
