Anthony Wilson
Anthony Wilson, 58, was held at the State Correctional Institution at Albion in Pennsylvania. Erie County prosecutors said another prisoner intended to kill him during a large fight there in September 2016, and Wilson died about three months later. The defense disputes how the suspect was identified from surveillance video and argues Wilson died of something other than his injuries. The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections reported that Wilson died on December 6, 2016, at SCI Laurel Highlands, of cardiac arrest related to respiratory failure, with an autopsy pending.
