Anthony Wayne Yuhas
Anthony Wayne Yuhas, 20, of Virginia Beach, died on August 5, 2020, at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center. According to the facility's spokeswoman, Kathy Hieatt, a deputy found him in medical distress during routine checks at about 2:45 a.m., and staff, the fire department and EMS tried to save him, but he died about 35 minutes later. The Virginia Beach Police Department and Sheriff's Office are investigating, and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Norfolk will determine the cause and manner of death. No cause of death has been announced.
