Anthony Moaf
Anthony Moaf, 25, died on May 18, 2022, at the William G. Truesdale Adult Detention Center in Alexandria, Virginia, where he was being held. Deputies found him having an apparent medical emergency alone in his cell in the booking area around 8:10 a.m. Alexandria Fire Department medics continued treatment until he died at 8:44 a.m. The Alexandria Police Department is investigating, and the Sheriff's Office said it will review whether all policies and procedures were followed.
