Anthony Howard
Anthony Howard, 50, died on September 15, 2017, while held at the East Arkansas Regional Unit in Brickeys, Arkansas. Correctional officers found him unconscious in his single-person cell. The Arkansas Department of Correction said it has referred the death to the Arkansas State Police and will conduct an internal investigation. The local coroner and the State Medical Examiner's Office were notified, and the cause and manner of death remain pending.
