Died in jail or a lockup
Anthony Ford
Anthony Ford, 35, of Ogden, died on August 31, 2024, while held at the Monroe County Jail in New York, where he was serving weekend time. The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said deputies found him unresponsive in his cell that morning. The cause of death has not been determined; the county Medical Examiner's Office is conducting an autopsy, and the state Commission of Correction and Attorney General's Office are also investigating.
