Anthony Colacino, 33, was a man held at Sierra Conservation Center in Jamestown, California, who had recently been assigned to a fire crew. On April 21, 2018, he collapsed around 7:50 a.m. during a training hike. According to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, he was pronounced dead at 8:41 a.m., and the department said the cause of death is unknown and that foul play is not suspected.
