Anitrel "Kiki" Webb
Anitrel "Kiki" Webb, 45, was held at the Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women in Troy, Virginia. Fellow residents described her as outgoing, empathetic and funny, and one said she brightened up the room with her sense of humor. Officers found her hanging in a shower area on March 7, 2023, several hours after she was last seen, and the manner of death has not been determined. Dale M.
