Anfelnin Feliz
Anfelnin Feliz, 18, was held at the Middleton House of Correction in Essex County, Massachusetts, when he died on December 23, 2015. Deputy Maurice Pratt of the Essex County Sheriff's Department said corrections officers found him hanging in his cell on a Wednesday evening, and that they began emergency treatment and called for medical help. He was taken to Beverly Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Pratt said the death is being reviewed by the sheriff's department, the Essex district attorney and the state police detective unit.
