Andrey Biruk
Andrey Biruk, 42, of Kirkland, died on September 11, 2023, at the Snohomish County Jail in Everett, Washington, three days after arriving there. A local TV report said staff found him unresponsive in his cell. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office said he died of natural causes, a finding reported publicly in January 2024.
