Andrew Kluczinsky
Andrew Kluczinsky, 50, of Ravenel, died on March 10, 2024, after a medical event at the sallyport of the Al Cannon Detention Center in North Charleston, where he had been brought following an arrest. Sheriff's office video released by the department shows deputies pulling him from a patrol vehicle onto the ground at 11:47 p.m. He was taken to Roper St. Francis Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Charleston County Sheriff's Office lists the manner of death as pending, and SLED and the sheriff's office are investigating.
