Andrew Cline
Andrew Cline, 27, was held at the King County Jail in downtown Seattle and taken to Harborview Medical Center on Feb. 28. He died at the hospital on March 26, 2017, after about a month there. The King County Medical Examiner's Office attributed his death to natural causes related to chronic methamphetamine use. The county's Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention and Public Health said it would conduct an internal investigation, and the Seattle Police Department said it would perform an independent review.
